Appointment Schedule - The operations sidebar menu can now be switched between showing hours and showing counts for the entire shop, or per team.     Â
Appointment Schedule -We have added the Current Customer view above the date. Click the arrow next to the Customer Name to drop down more information (VIN, Year, Make, Model as well as the Last Advisor and Preferred Advisor).
Appointment Schedule - We have added a "Stats" tab to the sidebar menu. Stats will display Appt Counts, Appts Hours, Walks In's and No Show's, RO Counts, RO Hours and Totals at the bottom. Â
Profile Screen -We have added the ability to copy and paste any VIN directly from the Recall tab. Simply click any VIN while in the Recall tab and it will highlight for copying purposes. Click CTRL C to copy and paste as normal.  Â
Appointment Bookings - We have added the option of linking any Service Team to a default Dispatch Code. This can be setup in the Administration menu - Appointment Schedule - Team Setup. Please call Technical Support for assistance.
Email - There are now two emails buttons when Sending an Email: 1) Send and 2) Send & Recycle. Use option 1 to send and remain on the Customer Profile and option 2 to send and move to the next customer on your list. Both options automatically Recycle the email in Contact History, as well as Email History.

There was an issue with the information under the name tab not sorting in chronological order. This has been resolved and all information displayed in this tab will now be sorted based on time, showing most recent at the top.  Â
