Enhancements:
Contact History and Trashed Files: On presented calls, DealerMine now records trashed customer files. If a presented call is trashed, the file gets recorded in contact history.
Sales Schedules:Â The Sales Schedule setup screen has been added in DealerMine to customize schedules so the user can keep in touch with customers after the purchase or lease of a vehicle. To view this function, click on the Administration button and under the heading Store Setup, click the Sales Schedule link.
Action Button Access: Like Role Access, Menu/Action Button Access behaves in a similar manner: i.e. when a user is setup, depending on their user-type, this determines which Action Buttons they can view and access. To review the user's action button access or enable/disable access, click Administration->User Setup->User Defaults-> Options->Dealermine Access->Action Buttons.
Call Select - Instead of NOT displaying Contact Selections when the Total/Availability has reached zero, DealerMine now displays a count of 0 with the Contact Type.
User Setup - When a user is added or modified, the date of the setup/modification is now displayed on the User Info tab. Also, the Store and Branch that is selected when first setting up the user is displayed.Â
Linking Opcodes and Transportation Types - To have Transportation Codes recognized on the appointment schedule, link the transportation codes to one or more Opcodes.Â
Maintenance Configuration - We have added a store/branch drop down to the Opcode Utilization tab for easier viewing. Â
Resolutions:
When a Contact Type isn't presented on a customer file, you can now create an email, select any template and send.
Recommended Service - Description and Selling lines were being displayed under the wrong headings. These items can now be viewed under the appropriate labels.
Team Setup - Block Times can now be entered.
There was a reported concern in which users would log in, select calls or search a user, and they were not forwarded to the appropriate screen. This issue has been resolved.
