When a user is adding a vehicle and the VIN is invalid we will now display an error message "No Vin Decode Information found for this VIN. Please add the vehicle manually."Â (Using year, make and model & mileage)
We have added a Busy Indicator to the User Access tab in User Setup to let the user know it is loading, before there was no indicator so the user would not know if he screen was loading or doing nothing.
We had an issue where a user was able to book an appointment through the Appt Sched with no vehicle on file. Now when booking a customer in for Service from the Appt Sched and there is no vehicle on file the user will see an Error message "No Vehicle on Customer file. Please add a vehicle to the customer file before booking an appointment."
Based on the country code in store setup we will now display the mileage in Miles for our US customers and KMS for our Canadian customers in the Service history breakdown section.
Now when in Admin Screen>Appointment Schedule>Shop Hours and on the Schedule tab you no longer have to select something or click on the grid to save.
Now when in AC Benchmark Setup or AC Phone Stats Setup in the Admin Screen the User drop down will only show active users to select from.
We had intermittent issue with the License Plate number not showing in the Appointment Details screen on the Appt Sched, this has been fixed and now when view the Appt Details the License Plate number is displaying.
When in Sales Schedules and placing a value "Optional: Please send contacts to the "Call Select in ____ days if the contact has not been completed by the Salesperson" the value must be a Positive Integer or you can save with no value. If the user tries to save with a "0" they will receive an error message "Please send contacts to "Call Select" - Need to be positive Integer".
In the Workplan Unassigned in the drop down will only display on the "My Followups" tab.Â
Now after adding a new Vin and adding the LicNo a user after saving will be able to search that customer by LicNo, before the user would have to wait for a Nightly download.
