Colors Tab

• • Customize the color of any Transportation type listed 

  • Add any custom Transportation Code to the list

  • Highlight a Transportation code and use the up-down-arrows to the right of the grid to change the display order. 

  • Enter a Max Appointment per Transportation Code. This count displays on the Legend on the Appointment Schedule. Entering a number here also displays a count on the drop down for Transportation Type on the Book Appointment Form; the number on the drop down represents how many appointments have been booked for the selected transportation type for the selected day/time. Note: This doesn't actually stop the user from over booking for the selected transportation, it only displays a count of how many appointments for the selected day/time have been booked for the selected transportation type.

  • Set a colour for the Transportation Type so the user can tell at a glance the transportation type an appointment is booked for. From the Appointment Schedule in the Scheduler view, the Legend displays the colour codes for the transportation types and their Maximum Number per type. 

  • The legend is viewable in the Appointment Schedule in the sidebar menu at all times.

eService dealerships that choose to display the Appointment Preference Options to customers booking online must specify the Max Appointment for the Transportation type "Loaner". 

• • DealerMine will assume it's unlimited if no value is entered. 

  • If the value is set for 2 this will be applied for all days of the week

  • If Prevent Overbooking Shop and Prevent Overflow Booking are both "ON" (checked off) and the max value is reached for any Transportation code, DealerMine will not allow any further appts to be booked with that specific Transportation code.

  • When the max is reached for any specific date, we will not display the loaner option to customers booking in eService

*Note not all Transportation Types can be deleted, for these type the "Delete" in the Options drop down will be greyed out.

NEW - Version 5.6 - Released Oct 1, 2015

Now in Transportation Configuration the Transportation Code "Loaner" can be set with a maximum per day, By Shop or By Team for appointments being booked with the transportation code "Loaner".  Choose either "By Shop" or "By Team", depending on how your Service department operates, and set the appropriate max # of loaners per day.  When the maximums are set and saved and the amount of Loaners has been reached on any given day DealerMine will not permit any other appointments to be booked with a transportation code "Loaner" see Book Appt.

*DealerMine cannot control what appointments are booked in-house.

To offer Shuttle service for customer that are booking appointment through eService a user with Shuttle selected can simply place a check in the "View in eService" check box and Save.
