Recommended Services - We have added a hover over for all recommended services instead of having to click individually on each service. Click on any service to keep the pop up box on your screen until closed.
Profile Screen - We have added a more predominant color for all themes to the scroll bar for easier viewing.
Profile Screen - We have added right click copy functionality to the VIN in the vehicle information section of the screen. (Keyboard shortcut CTRL C also works)
Store Access - Merge fields for multi-store employees can now be setup to ensure the proper merge fields are being displayed on emails and letter templates when being sent for more than one store/branch. Â This is handled in the User Preferences screen > Store Access. Â The provider email will be the from email address used when emailing for each store selected, and the User Phone Number, Email Signature, Dealership Name and User Signature will be the merge fields used.Â
Store Specifications - Click the administration button, and under header Appointment Schedule, click Store Specifications. Presented on the screen is a popup where the store and branch can be setup to prevent Overbooking and Overflowbooking by checking the correlating boxes. Also, there's a function for Appointment Booked Notification.
Component Access - We have added a followup management option which will allow any user to reassign followups to another active user. This option must be turned on for a specific user to have access to reassign followups. Â
Appointment Schedule - eService bookings now appear on the schedule with a more distinctive green border, an italicized font and more rounded corners. Â
Appointment Booking - When searching on opcodes in the book appointment form, the search will now sort based on the most commonly used opcodes. We are searching based on a straight text match, so it's normal that you will get different results when searching on "brake" then you will searching on "brakes". Â
Fetch - We have combined Call Type Sweep and Campaign Sweep into one screen. Click Tools in Fetch > Sweep Options to view all sweeping options in one screen. This allows you to sweep on one or both options.Â

Recommended Services were all being flagged as "Never Been Done". This issue has been resolved.
Issues - When raising an issue the "Assignee" and anyone CC'd the issue will receive an email notification of the issue. Â
There was an intermittent issue with vehicle lookup not loading the vehicle details when clicking the magnifying glass next to any VIN. This issue has been resolved.
Auto Emailing of Reports is now working on new DealerMine. To turn on auto email for any report, simply enter the email address and check off the active option. Hit Save
It was reported to us that Issues couldn't be resolved if the vehicle they were raised on no longer exists on the customer file. This issue has been resolved and issues will remain on the customer file, even if the vehicle it was originally assigned to has been removed.
Add Vehicle - makes and models are now listed in alphabetical order.
Print Appointment Schedule - Under the Reports tab->Service BDC->Appointment Schedule there is only one way to print the schedule which is from the Report's menu. If this is something the user does every day, then check the report off as a favorite for easy access. Slight changes were made to it so it looks similar to the report that is run from the Schedule menu in old Dealermine.
