Objective
All CSI Analysis Reports allow you to track your CSI results, quickly and easily. You can report on CSI calls that were prompted for a specific month only, or report on ALL CSI calls that were presented or available on the Login Screen for a specific month.
This means the “Available” reports may include CSI contacts that were originally prompted in the previous month but have been carried over into the next month based on the last recycle and the expiration time frame set up for CSI in the Contact Specifications screen. The CSI Analysis Report displays the following information from left to right:
CSI Offered - the amount of CSI calls sent to the BDC for first time contact for the date range being reported on.
CSI Incomplete - the lower the % the better overall efficiency of CSI Call completion.
CSI Complete - the higher the % the better overall efficiency of CSI Call completion.
