c. Deleted Guest Reasons

The Update Guest Popup is presented to link the guest to a prospect/customer or delete the guest. If Delete Guest is selected, a Reason must be selected. 

1. To add or delete reasons to this drop down, click Administration->Showroom Configuration->Delete Guest Reasons. 

2. To select a default type, select the Star icon, ensure it turns yellow, then click Update Default.
