New Lead Notifications

• In User Setup any Showroom user (Sales Manager, Salesperson or Service/Sales BDC can turn on text notifications.  

• Enter a 10-digit cell number

• Check off "Receive Text Notifications"

• Select one or both of the notification options:

1. New Internet Lead

   • DealerMine will send a text notification for all new leads coming in.

2. New Internet Lead (After Hours)

   • DealerMine will send a text notification for all new leads that come in after business hours ONLY, based on what's saved in Operational Hours.

When these options are "on" for any Showroom user they will receive a text notification from DealerMine, which is sent to the number provided in the cell phone field.  The text will notify the user that a new lead has come in and to please check DealerMine for more information.
