Objective
Fetch ROI will track the success of all Fetch Campaigns tracking work orders closed or deals sold in your Showroom, based on the ROI selection saved when launching the campaign. Only customers who exist in DealerMine with a VIN and a customer number will be included on this report. We track RO #’s and Deal #’s after the contact date for all campaigns to clearly show you in report format the outcome of each marketing campaign. The ROI Report defaults to 30 days.

Fetch ROI cannot track imported customers with a (-) customer number since they do not truly exist in DealerMine.
