DMT has requested that in the event CRM systems (e.g DealerMine) integrate with an F&I module and can provide Vehicle Gross Profit for each deal, then the Gross Profit information be provided with the corresponding Vehicle Sold disposition.

So, DealerMine will now provide the corresponding Gross Profit of lead(s) marked as "Sold" to DMT (e.g. VIN, Year, Make, Model, VehicleID (*Required to be specified when Gross Profit information is included in Vehicle Sold disposition), Gross Profit) when assigning a Lead / Deal based upon the ActivityType = VehicleSold within LeadsContactHistory after the Sale (F&I).

DMT states "there is no required proximity for the Lead / Deal. If a lead turns into a sale, our system will accept the disposition regardless of when it happens. The sale could be that day or a year from initial contact, our system treats them the same".

Although, DealerMine has added an option within the Admin Screen > Store Setup > Showroom Configuration (RAPID! Lead Gross Profit) to Associate RAPID! Leads with the Sold Deal within [] days, once RAPID! Response is activated for said Store/Branch under Admin Screen > Store Setup (RAPID! Response).

This process is accomplished by utilizing DealerMine's Sales Merge utility which will attempt to link a Sold Deal and potential Traffic (e.g. Rapid Response Lead) within the specified time period., when merging a Sold Deal / Matching Prospect OR automatically if no corresponding Matching Prospect is found during the Sales Merge process.Â
NOTE: DealerMine checks every 5 minutes (*Based upon 12 Hour Business Day) to verify is any Leads within LeadContactHistory have a corresponding DealNo., if so., will send the Vehicle Gross Profit.
