Templates and Batch Setup - All email templates were showing a red flag indicating they were on a batch schedule. This has been resolved and red flags will only show on actual emails on a batch schedule.
Fetch - Resolutions
There was an intermittent issue with final contacting customers, where the customer was coming back after the final contact was made. This has been resolved.
There was another intermittent issue where the source drop down was missing and error would appear. This has been resolved.
Discounts that were set to automatically be added in Desking were not being added or printed on the worksheet. This has been resolved.
Telephony - Resolutions
Users can now edit any Friendly Name on any inbound line. Go to Buy Inbound Lines and choose a line, use the options drop down to Edit.
