The DealerMine application has a prompt in the "Customer Information" screen called Language. By using the drop down you can select the client's preferred language. The Call Select allows the user to drill down on each customer’s specific language requirements. For example, in the database you might have 400 customers that prefer their correspondence in French, while the rest prefer English (the default). So for every customer that is due for a certain type of call on the Call Select screen, you can drill down and specifically target calls for French customers. A good use of this feature is dealers that have customers in Mexico (Spanish), California (English), Quebec (French), or Ottawa (English). By setting the customer’s language preference you can provide them a better customer experience by knowing exactly how to communicate with them, and retain users whom specialize in each needed language.

As requested we have added the language Italian to the Customer Information section as an option to choose for any customer profile. The Call Select Language drop down will list all languages associated with the current contact list.Â
Note: The Language list on the Call Select, along with the Contact List displayed on the Call Select updates each nightly during the major reset, with the exception of Fetch Campaigns sent on the fly to the Call Select.
