eService appointment information is transferred from the portal (i.e. the Dealership's eService website) and pushed to Dealermine. If appointments have been booked online, an indication orb displays on the eService tab. Click image below:

To view the eService appointments in Dealermine, click eService.
You are forwarded to the eService screen, and there are four tabs in view: Unconfirmed, Confirmed and Cancelled.
Note: If a customer is an eService user, a Key icon will display next to the customer number on the Profile screen. See image below:
