Enhancements:
Appt Schedule:
In the "Shop View" of the Appt Schedule you can now view opcodes booked on the schedule by clicking any opcode in the operations list. The correlating opcodes will be highlighted on the schedule with a black dashed outline.
Mark Day as Full: There circumstances when a schedule has available times for a certain day but the coordinator doesn't want to book any more appointments for that day. To override the Appointment Schedule's available times, the coordinator can click Settings-> Mark Day as Full.
We have added morning and afternoon appt counts to the Stats tab in the Appt Schedule. Morning appts have an appt time earlier than 12 noon. Anything 12 noon and after is considered an afternoon appt.
We have added Waiter Hours to the Stats tab. The Waiter Hours is a sum of estimated times for each opcode booked on a "Waiter" appt for the selected day.
We have added a Refresh button to the Appt Schedule to display the last time refreshed. Users can refresh at any time.
Custom blocked times: Select any block on the Appt Schedule grid, right click, and a pop up will appear verifying your blocked time selection. Custom blocked times are colored the same as scheduled blocked times only having a dashed outline. (The User who initiated the blocked time will be visible in a hover over) Right click to delete any blocked times.
eService - From the eService validation screen in DealerMine, when validating a maintenance, coordinators can copy  the opcodes from the maintenances required section and paste the codes into their DMS if required.Â
Transportation Configuration - Make Inactive: The function to make any transportation code Active/Inactive has been added to the Transportation Configuration screen. Only active transportation codes will be visible when booking an appointment.
Email Setup - It is no longer necessary to go into Email Setup to select the required email providers for a user. Now, you can access the providers from the Store Access tab. To do this, check off the store(s) where access is required, and select the correlating store/branch Provider Email drop down by placing the cursor in the column.
Fetch - A function and schema attribute has been created to:
Display the customer's birth date.Â
Display the customer's Language. Note: if there isn't any specific Language set for the customer it will default to English.
Display On or Off for Texting Contact.
On the Campaigns screen, two columns have bee added for more info:Â
Status - this column shows the current status of the campaign.
Sent - Shows a final count of the number of customers sent for any campaign.
Resolutions:
When re-assigning follow-ups, the system allows you to re-assign a follow-up to a particular person; however, when the prompt was presented to reassign, the user could not see the option to click Yes or No. This has been resolved.Â
Fetch - Since Expiry Date isn't required for Fetch email campaigns, it no longer displays.Â
