Leads
The Showroom Leads report can be run by Source or Salesperson.
It contains the following information:
Lead Summary - capture the # of leads, which are still New, Deleted, Duplicates and Unique. Unique is calculated based on # of Leads minus any New or, Deleted or Duplicate leads. I.e. # of leads is 4 and 1 is still New, there would be 3 Unique.
Contact Activity - Total contact history for all leads.
Unique Prospect Summary - based on a unique customer count, we track the # of sold, lost, unsold, trades entered and vehicle interests captured.
Response - Avg response time, new to sold average in minutes, new to lost in minutes
Close Rate - Sold count and close rate
Appts - # of Appts and # of Appts that were marked as "Showed".
The following Showroom > Leads reports will now display two new columns "Appts Booked and Appt Showed".
