When setting up a Fetch Campaign, you can instruct DealerMine to send the campaign to the Call Select Screen to be contacted by the BDC. The Fetch Campaigns that are instructed to go to the Call Select Screen, contain an expiration date so that once your time expires, the Fetch Campaign will be removed from the Call Select Screen. Users can select to turn off Fetch Call Types for a customer. Those that are turned off will not be notified of a Fetch Call. A good use of sending Fetch Campaigns to the Call Select Screen would be Annual Inspection Calls that do not follow the usual, regimented annual contact flow as the Annual Inspections. Rust Inspections, Birthday Calls, Promotions, Private Sales, etc., are also good examples of this Contact Type. The sky is the limit as to what you can come up with here.
