Voice files are required in order to leave a pre-recorded voice mail using Outbound Assist. Pre-recorded voice files can be shared among multiple users or unique for each user.Â
Voice files can be recorded over the phone by dialing 1-866-305-3369 and entering your dealership Access Key as shown on the screen
Voice files can also be uploaded by clicking the Options drop down and choosing "Add Voice Files"
When adding (uploading) you will be directed to choose a file from your computer in MP3 format only
Voice Files
All voice files need to have the following:
    1. Friendly Name (description of voice mail)
    2. Contact Type
    3. Username    Â
    4. Recycle Code - choose a recycle code to be used each time a voice mail is left using Outbound Assist.
