OBJECTIVE:
The Service Trend Analysis Report will show you how your Service Department is trending month over month, year over year and what impact the Call Centre has had on the Total Labour Sales. This report has three pages which shows Total Labour Sales, Total Labour Gross and Labour Gross as a % of Total Labour Sales.
The first page of this three page report shows you a linear graph using five lines representing the following:
1. Total Labour Sales
2. Customer Pay Labour Sales
3. Warranty Labour Sales
4. Total Maintenance Labour Sales
5. Call Centre Labour Sales
The second page of this report shows you a linear graph using three lines representing the following:
1. Total Labour Sales
2. Labour Gross
3. Labour Cost
The third page of this report shows you a linear graph using one line representing Labour Gross as a % of Total Labour Sales.
