Language - We have added a language selector drop down to the Profile page, next to Themes. You can choose between English and French. All users must logout and log back in after selelcting a new language.
Texting - We will now display each dealerships texting phone number in the Texting tab (when store and branch are selected) and also in the slide in phone along the top of the screen. Â This will be helpful for Appointment Coordinators to quickly give out their dealerships texting number when asked.
Fetch - We have added a "Suggested Queries" drop down list with three selections thus far. Use these defaults to help build queries your dealership may be interested in. Â
Admin Screen - Only users that are flagged as Admin users will be able to view all Admin Screens. Service BDC Users will have access to view Letter Templates, Email and Texting Templates only.Â
Admin Screen - We have reorganized the Admin screen using the following categories: 1) Store Setup 2) Global Setup and 3) Appointment Schedule. All items under the Store Setup can be customized for each store and branch, all items under Global are one setup for the entire database. We decided to leave Appointment Schedule under it's own category for ease of navigation, although setup is also per store.
Admin Screen - eService Configuration: if a dealership is multilingual, select the drop down next to the URL, select the appropriate language, and a URL is created for the selected language.
Call Select Screen - We have added a Refresh button that can be used anytime to refresh the number of available contacts being displayed on the Call Select screen.
Resolutions:
Turn Off History - Turn off history wasn't including the reason code used when turning off a customer for a particular Contact Type. This has been resolved.
Team Setup - We have resolved the difficulties in changing the team sort order. Simply enter a number in the field under the Specification tab and that team will show up in that order from left to right. The "Unassigned" team cannot be changed and will always be 99 in the sort order.
Team Setup - Also under the Specification tab you can rename any team name by typing in the field and the text will save automatically.
Recalls - There was an issue with selecting Recalls from the Call Select and at times would not take you to the Profile screen. This issue has been resolved.
