8. Open RO's on Appt Schedule

• • Open RO's are now displayed on the Appointment Schedule for the current day and any past date (data depending on past dates).

  • Open RO's display based on the status of the WIP as follows:

• 1. No Status

  2. In Process

  3. Finished

• • All Status colors will be visible in the Legend on the Appointment Schedule and can be customized in the Transportation Configuration menu.

  • Open RO's will be visible in the slot based on promise time of each RO (we're actively working to change this to Appt Time rather than promise time).

  • The Appointment Schedule will show RO's on all dates less than today.  

  • No Shows will not be included in the daily stats and counts for any date less than today.

  • Today will show a combination of all outstanding appts + all Open RO's.

  • Future dates will show appointments only.

Note:  When viewing List View for Today's Date the Booked Date on each open RO will temporarily change to the RO open date.  This will adjust and go back to the original booked date after the RO has closed.
