Our newest version, Beehive... was launched on February 1, 2017 to all Service CRM users. Please click the version drop down to click the Beehive link to be re-directed to our HTML5 platform. We hope that many of you have made the transition to our newest version and are enjoying it!!
Once in Beehive you can switch back to Silverlight at anytime.
Simply click the Cog drop down and choose "Switch back to SilverLight".
