When parts SPORDS (special order parts) have been order for a customer's vehicle they will show up on the Call Select screen as "Special Order Parts". When the user pull from this Contact Type a Spord indicator

 will display on the customer's file at the bottom of the Recommended Maintenance section of the Profile screen.Â
When the user clicks on the Spord indicator it will open the Received Spords" popup which will display the details on the Spord order/received.
