The Profile tab contains all information regarding the customer in view; action buttons, contact information, vehicle information, history tabs, task indicators and more. Anytime you wish to contact a customer by phone, email, letter or text you can track any attempt on the Profile.Â
Depending on your setup (integrated vs. non-integrated), most customer information can be updated bi-directionally. This means you can update a customer's phone number, email or mailing address in DealerMine and we will push the changes directly into the DMS.
The customer's information is viewed the same as a Service user with the exception of the Prospect List check box. If checked, the customer is added to the Salesperson's prospect list in the Portfolio.
For Showroom users only, the Vehicle information area contains tabs for Vehicles, Watch List, Trades, Searches. If the customer's file contains a Watch List, Trades or Searches, an information indicator (blue orb) displays in the header of the tab. These tabs get populated via the Vehicle Inventory screen.
