
When a AC is booking in a customer for Service and the customer has refused a service the AC will make note of this and when the customer comes back up for Service a Refusals indicator will display. The indicator will display at the bottom of the Recommended Maintenance section of the Profile screen.

When the user clicks on the Refusal indicator it will the Deferred Service popup which will display the refused Service and any comments that were entered at the time of booking when the service was refused. The user has the option of Booking an Appointment for one/all of the refused Services or Deleting one/all of the refused Services.Â
