BDC Summaries - Monthly Performance Summary
We have added a new report which summarizes the efforts put forth daily by any Service BDC, Sales/Service BDC or BDC Manager, tracking the outcome of their contributions towards your service department. Rounding out this report, is the option to set custom benchmarks by user or by store as well as enter phone statistics (In, out, QPS etc.) This Monthly Performance Summary report can be run anytime, or setup to be emailed automatically.Â
There are ten different report viewing options as follows:

Note: Â The Phone Statistics column with Calls Out, Calls In, Total Calls and QPS will only populate data if phone stats have been entered on a daily basis, otherwise this section will be blank.

NEW - Version 6.2 – Released June 23, 2016
There is a new column added to the Account Manager Summary report called OC Appts. This column will show the total number of appts that were booked by someone other than the Outbound Connect user. The number in this column is included in the Total Appts column. All Labor dollars and Gross are linked back to the Outbound Connect user as well.
