The STAGE is assigned to the appointment in the following order. For example, if an appointment was assigned in the step "Prior to Book Date" then the appointment cannot be assigned as "Same Day" The logic follows the assignment in the exact order you see below.
Prior to Book Date: The last Maintenance Activity in any of the following:
            1. Recycled as Call Presented
            2. Auto Calls     Â
            3. Letters
            4. Emails
    that was performed within 30 days of the appointment being booked and at least 1 day prior to the appointment booked date.
Same Day: If the stage was not assigned in the previous step then "Same Day" will get assigned if a Maintenance recycle (inbound or outbound) was performed on the same day that the appointment was booked.Â
Recycled on Another Vehicle: If an appointment was recycled as OutBound and the stage is null then stage will be set to "Recycled on Another Vehicle"
Strictly Inbound - No Contact within 30 days: If the stage is still null and the Last recycle was prior to 30 days and it was an InBound call, then the system will assign "Strictly InBound - No Contact within 30 days.
