Appointments can be edited from the Appt Schedule (in either the Scheduler or List View) and also from the Profile clicking the No Show or Open Appt Indicator.
Appointment dates and times can be changed, as well as lines being added or removed. Click Update when you are finished editing to send this appointment modification to the DMS.
All but one DMS system that we are integrated with will not allow a VIN to be changed or added to an appointment after it's been booked, at least not in the integration between DealerMine and the DMS.
DealerBuilt dealers are now allowing vehicles to be changed during an edit on an existing appointment. When a user is editing and appointment in the Book Appt Form they will see a clickable Pencil next to the vehicle, and when clicked will turn into a green check mark and the vehicle drop down will become editable. Click the vehicle drop down and choose the correct vehicle for the appointment and then click the green check mark. This will save the chosen vehicle to display and then the check goes back to a Pencil and the drop down is non editable again. This is only for DTB stores only.
