Qualifying Contact

A qualifying contact must satisfy the following criteria.

• 1. Maintenance, Spord, MVI, Recall and Marketing Call Type

  2. Marketing call types do not include Fetch campaigns that were recycled with the username FETCH

  3. The recycle reason must be Call Presented except for Letter and Email.
