Service Appts that are updated will now keep the original "Booked For" user and not change to the user updating the appointment if the Store/Branch has "Always use Booked By as Booked For" turned on in Appointment Schedule - Store Specifications.
There was an intermittent issue when adding an email address to a customer's file, and it was not saving. This has been resolved.
There was an intermitted issue where a user was unable to update Batch Letter specs. This is now fixed and working correctly.
The Level 2 Confirms were presenting on the Call Select screen too soon according to the info in Contact Selections, this has been addressed and is fixed.
When a customer file has a vin that begins with "unknown" and it does not have a corresponding open appointment it will be removed after the nightly download. If there is a corresponding open appointment it will remain on the file until the RO is closed and the nightly download has ran.
eService appointments were not moving to the Confirmed tab and were remaining as "Unconfirmed" on the Unconfirmed tab. This is fixed.
Our Batch ROI reports are now including all Marketing Campaigns, as well as Maintenance.Â
There was an intermittent issue with previewing surveys, where the survey would not always appear to be previewed. This has been resolved.
There was a intermittent issue for ADP user where the Customer Name was not pushing to the DMS (ADP) correctly. This has been resolved.
