Bounced Emails - We are now flagging bounced emails coming back from a Jangomail campaign on the customer profile. Any email that has bounced in the last 90 days will be flagged in red on the customer profile. This will not prevent a user from sending another email to this customer.

Showroom Drop Downs
We have modified the Salespeople's names in all Showroom drop downs to show their full employee name as well as their screen name in parentheses.Â

Traffic Log - Lost Report
We have added a new report to Reports > Showroom > Traffic Analysis > Lost Report
This report will track how many traffic log entries are being marked as "Lost" categorized by reason. You can run this report for any time frame.
Leads
Leads Orb Count - We have made a change to only count "New Leads" for the count displayed in the red orb. Previously it was showing a count which included all new leads + unsold leads.Â
Link icon - We will now display a link icon next to the first name/last name of all new leads that have been linked. This will help to quickly identify which new leads have been linked that require a contact to move out of new leads.
Handling New Leads - We will no longer be considered new once they are linked and have had any of the following contact recorded from either the Leads tab, Traffic Log tab or Profile screen:Â

Browsing Inventory Improvements
Add to Saved Searches - To improve the user experience in our inventory screen, we have made a change to not display the "Add to Saved Searches" button until some criteria has been specified, or a filter has been used on the left side of the inventory screen. This will eliminate users from clicking this when they have not completed a search. (We noticed some users were saving searches when no criteria was used, and ended up saving the entire inventory) Also, if a search is done and no matches are found, we now present a pop up reading ""No matches have been found in Inventory. Would you like to save this search for future vehicle matching?"
Override Rate - You can now type any interest rate in the field or pick a saved rate using the drop down. Any new rates entered on the fly are not saved to the list of default rates. Â

Resolutions
Adding a Trade without Trim & Style - You can now save a trade without the Trim and Style if these drop downs are empty. Blackbook will not be able to bring back an estimated book value without these fields, but DealerMine will still allow the vehicle to be saved.
Dealerships with Branches - We have ensured that Salespeople, Sales Managers etc., assigned to branch 2, 3, 4 etc., will always see their dealership name as the default on all Showroom screens, with the exception of inventory.Â

Import Off Lists (*No VIN)
In the event that Dealerships do not have a corresponding VIN DealerMine has added the ability to Import "Turn Off" data via a new Import function: OptOut based upon CellNumber or EmailAddress. Once imported, DealerMine will turn off all corresponding customers for said Contact Methods: Email and Texting.
