Imagine knowing who your best customers are, and the influential power your customers hold within your active database. DealerMine measures this using the Influence Network. The Influence Network displays a Star Rating as well as an Associations Rating for each customer in your database. Using this information, we can gauge your overall dealerships star rating. The Star Rating is a clever new way DealerMine is ranking your customers based on how much CP the customer spends, how often they spend, how often they buy, the last time they bought a vehicle, and if they are satisfied with their experience at the dealership. Yellow stars represent the Total Star Rating out of the highest possible score of 10 stars.Â

The Associations Rating shows the amount of influence each customer has on your active database based on their associations with other customers. The Associations Rating is a measurement out of a maximum of 10 "Little Dudes". For every 1-3 relationships that a customer has one "Little Dude" gets highlighted, so a customer needs to have a maximum of 28-30 associations in order to have all "Little Dudes" highlighted. The "Little Dudes" are highlighted in either blue or green, which represent the type of association the customer has with active customers in your database. Â
How to read the Influence Map:
The Center Circle/Star represents the customer and the associations that surround that customer. The associations will be connected to the customers Circle/Star by various line segments which symbolize the strength of the relationship and end in another Circle/Star containing a number that number represents the Star Rating of the attached associated customer.
The Influence rating is based on four criteria:

Merged Customer Files
