Survey Hist tab will track all Surveys sent to and received from each customer. The tab will display 10 columns;
 Survey Name - this will display the name of the Survey sent to the customer
Contact Type - this will be the Contact Type selected in the Email
Score - Once the customer has finished the Survey the score will display here and will be a clickable link to a popup which will display all questions and answers. If the Survey has not been completed by the customer the Score column will remain blank. A Red Flag will display in front of the Score when there is an Alert set to one or more of the questions on the Survey.Â

Device - will display the device used to complete the Survey
