The latest version of DealerMine 1.0.2 includes the following resolutions:
A new "Inquiry" button has been added in the customer information section of the profile screen. This button will appear on any customer files you inquire on using the search screen or double clicking to view from the appointment schedule.
The ability to send any email template for any VIN that has no Call Type.
When Recycling a CSI Call Type the “Not Surveyed” radio button will be the default selected, with the option to change.
The “Fetch” Indicator was disappearing after every time it was pressed, regardless of final contact or not. This issue has been resolved.
When going from the Book Appointment screen to View Schedule, the proper store wasn’t always populating that is associated for the VIN being booked. This issue has been resolved.
The “Email” button is greyed out yet enabled for use. This issue has been resolved.
The letter count on the print letters screen was showing an incorrect total. This issue has been resolved.
Inbound and Outbound appointment tracking on the “Name Tab” was intermittently counting inbound appointments as outbound. This issue has been resolved.
