
The graphical analysis of our customer’s buying, satisfaction and influence power is represented by a rating factor for a Dealership and a rating factor for every one of their customers.
A customer's Influence is tied to email domain, home address, associations and merged customer files.Â
An Influence map can be checked against a customer's email address; therefore, not to have the influence network over inundated with certain email domains, add those domains to the exclusion list.Â
To set up the Influence Network Domain Exclusion:
Under section Influence Network, click Domain Exclusion
Presented on the screen is the Domain Exclusion window
On the left of the screen is the Custom Exclusion listing
To exclude a domain, key the domain in the Custom Exclusion text box. For example, @mail.org
Click Add
The domain now appears in the section below
To remove a domain that was previously added, highlight the domain in the section below, and click Remove
A Confirm popup is presented on the screen "Are you sure you want to remove the domain from the excluded domain list?"; click YesÂ
The domain is removed from the Exclusion listing
Note: To the right of the screen is the Global Exclusion listing, this portion of the screen is for review purposes only. Emails with these domains will not be used as part of the customer's influence network. Click Influence Network to read more
