Any "New" Social leads that have been replied to within DealerMine Social will automatically bump into the "Replied" tab. Any user that has access to tweet on behalf of the dealership can reply to a social lead before or after the lead has been linked to a customer file.Â
Users can reply to any social lead if they have access to tweet on behalf of the dealership
Click the Reply arrow or "view details" to begin your reply to any social lead
Leads will remain in the Replied tab until the customer replies back to you..., at that point the lead will bump into the "Engaged" tab.
