NEW - Version 6.2 – Released June 23, 2016
There is a new Report category on the Reports tab "Telephony", when selected the user will have a choice of running two reports:
Telephony Billing Report - this report can be run by the users either BY STORE or ENTERPRISE and will give the user a visual look into their own telephony usage by displaying the DM ACCT#, Total Calls, Minutes used, Average Cost/Call, Total Cost and Last Action Date.

    2. Orange Box Report - this report will have 3 sections all displaying Calls Answered, Total Duration, and Average Duration.

 * Customer must have Orange Box option turned on or the report will display blank.
