The latest version released to production, 2.0.1.4 includes the following enhancements and resolutions:
Â
Enhancements:
 Â
Appointment Schedule - We are now rounding the hours to the first decimal, which gives an accurate total of hours booked.
Appointment Schedule - We have added a Settings button above the sidebar menu, which displays the Advisor and Tech Schedules. We have also added a red orb on this tab when a new Technician has been downloaded by DealerMine that does not yet have a work schedule assigned. Click the link at the top of the Tech Schedule screen and you will be automatically taken to the Technicians screen to add a work schedule, so the hours in the shop will be correct. Â
Recalls - We have added functionality to close any Open Recalls displayed in DealerMine. There will be an open box symbol being displayed for any Open Recalls, as well as a Recall Indicator in the bottom left hand corner of the Profile Screen. Use the indicator or the tab to close any Recalls.
User Preferences - We have added User Defaults which will allow you to select which Contact Types will be displayed on the Call Select screen, what the default Contact Type will be, and the default Store and Branch. This is all user specific. Â
Holiday Blocking - We have implemented a new holiday configuration screen which allows the dealership full control over which holidays will be blocked on the Appointment Schedule and Auto Calls (once Auto Calls is released). You also have the option of adding any custom holidays to your list, as well as configure any holidays that are listed by default in the Holiday Blocking screen.
eService - Features & Benefits, as well as pricing appears as a popup after selecting any maintenance item on an eService booking.
Profile Screen - For easier viewing we have added parentheses around the area code of all 10-digit phone numbers, as well as spacing and adding dashes.
Coming Soon:
Recalls - We will be adding Target Options for selecting specific Recalls on the Call Select Screen. Â
Appointment Schedule - We are adding the option to view Open RO's on the Appointment Schedule. Stay Tuned for more information.Â
 Resolutions:
Â
The customer search screen will now default the cursor in the phone number field.
The customer search screen will now sort by first name, last name, not by the number of vehicles on file.
We have changed Address To on the profile screen to read Contact Name, and will display contact name first and if there isn't one it will display other name if entered in the DMS. Contact name can be entered anytime in the Customer Information screen for all dealerships. (non-integrated and integrated)
There was an intermittent issue when trying to book an appointment and the recommended maintenance; the maintenances when selected would give an error reading "No Results Found". This has been resolved.
When an opcode was used more than once on an appointment, and if one line was deleted, both lines were removed from the appointment. This issue has been resolved. Â
For easier viewing, we have added a scroll bar to the legend in the sidebar menu of the Appointment Schedule.
When viewing a customer profile with an open appointment, the appointment schedule will now default to the date of the appointment, rather than today.
All HTML marketing emails are now visible in DealerMine.
There was an issue with some VINS showing "No Associated Schedule" as the maintenance schedule name when indeed they fall under a schedule. This has been resolved.
We have removed the ability to Add a Customer from the Call Select screen when no contacts have been selected. There will be a Search button to allow the User to Search, and if no matches are found, use the Add Customer button from within the Search screen.
