Surveys
DealerMine is excited to announce our new custom survey tool that allows you to design surveys to be sent on any email template, whether it's a one-to-one email, a batch email or a Fetch marketing email. Surveys can be related to any department in the dealership and be associated with all contact types. I.e. Maintenance, Sales, Marekting, CSI etc.  Surveys are quick to design and easy for an end user to complete. Once the survey is completed the results will pull back into DealerMine immediately and record on the customer profile in the new "Survey Hist" tab. You will now have a Surveys tab to review the outcome of any and all surveys being sent out by your dealership.

User Access
Users must have access to design and setup surveys in order to begin. An admin user can go to User Setup > User Access > Admin Screen > Templates & Batch Setup > Surveys to grant access to any user.
