Recycle Codes - Recycle codes can now be changed to inactive if no longer being used by the dealership. Only active recycle codes will appear as selections in the drop down list.Â
Service History - We have added the "Dept" column in Service History for better referencing.
Letters - We have added the option to right click on any letter entry in Contact History to delete letter from print queue, or flag letter as returned. The delete option is only available for letters not yet printed, meaning they are still visible the Letters tab.
Email - We have added spell check to the Manage Templates screen.
Email - all default email templates will appear at the top of the selection list when sending.
Contact Types (VIN Specific) - We have added Sales to the list of Contact Types that can be turned on/off per vehicle.

Resolutions:

Letters - There was an issue when attempting to send a letter to a company file, which had no first or last name. This issue has been resolved. Â
eService Configuration - The activation button was not displaying properly within the eService Configuration screen. This issue has been resolved.
Customer Information Screen (Integrated stores only) - When updating customer information and saving, some users were experiencing a postal code/zip code error reading "Zip Code must be 5 or 9 numbers". This has now been resolved.
Profile Screen - There was an intermittent issue with the orb not displaying over the "Notes" tab. This has been resolved.
Recycle Codes - There was an error happening when any user would try to add a new Recycle Code. This has been resolved. Â
Email - There was an error happening when trying to edit/delete email templates from the Manage Templates screen. This issue has been resolved.
Report Access - Under the Administration screen > Users > Preferences > Report Access. Users must have access to reports in order to run a report from the Reporting menu. Check any report name to turn on, and uncheck to turn off access. Click Save when done.
