Enhancements
1. System Performance Improvements
We made numerous changes which will greatly improve the load time of all tabs, pop up screens, search, recycle etc., in DealerMine. We have not made any changes to the letter building screens as of yet, however this is scheduled for an upcoming release.
2. Calendar InvitesÂ
We are now including the standard appointment.ics invite on all service confirmation email templates as well as all immediate appt booked notifications sent through DealerMine, where the "Appt Date" and "Appt Time" merged fields are being used. This will allow the recipient the option to click to add an event to their default calendar.  More info...
3. Fetch function - Inactive Customers
We have added a new Fetch function called "Inactive" which is available under the datasource: All Customer. This will allow you to quickly retrieve a list of all inactive customers in your database at any time. Simply enter Inactive = Yes to view a list of all inactive customers or Inactive = No to see all active customers.Â
4. Text Message Templates
We have increased the size of texting templates to now be up to 449 characters from 160. This will allow dealerships to deliver more content to a customer via text message.

1. Appointment Schedule - Access to Block Times
In the Admin screen - User Setup - User Access - Appt Schedule - Block Time Slots. Check this option off to grant access for the specified user to block time slots on the Appointment Schedule.
2. Refusals Indicator
We have increased the size of the Refusals indicator pop up screen to eliminate the need for any horizontal scrolling. We are now showing the Opcode, Description of Recommendation and Est. Price (if available), as well as the reason for defer/decline, and the RO #. The list will be sorted in descending order for RO Date.Â

1. Showroom Reports - Leads by Source
We have created a new Showroom report which will track the outcome of sales leads by source. This report will clearly identify which lead sources are most profitable at your dealership, bringing in the most traffic and closing the most sales.

Resolutions
We have added the customer mailing address to the book appointment form.
We have fixed the issue with the sales step % completed being cut off when there were 11+ steps.
There was an issue when booking for teams directly from the Appointment Schedule where the default team and Advisor was not being populated in the Book Appointment Form. This has been resolved.
There was an issue where users could not read the emails within the deleted email folder. This issue has been resolved.
There was an intermittent issue where some BDC users could not double click on an available slot to book an appointment. This has been resolved and the Book Appointment form will now display.
