Objective
This report was created to show you the percentage of customers who bought or leased new at your dealership that are being retained in service. Run this report to view the percentage of customers being retained as service customers categorized by the model year of their vehicle, not the delivery year of the vehicle. Pre-delivery inspections will be counted since it is an RO in Service History.
The grid displays the following information based upon the time elapsed since the last service visit of each VIN in your database:
Model Year
Active 0-4 Months
Semi Active 5-8 Months
Potentially Lost 9-12 Months
Lost 12+ Months
Total (vehicles sold for that model year)
**Fleet sales are not included in this report.
