Adding a Prospect - We have made a slight change when adding a Prospect in Showroom from the Portfolio. In the past after saving it would keep the user in the Portfolio and then the user would have to go and search out the newly added Prospect file, now when adding a Prospect in Showroom from the Portfolio and after saving the user will be directed directly to the newly added Prospect file.
Social - We have changed the color of the Followup icon for Linked Social Leads on the Social tab to Yellow. This will make it easier for the user to located it now as before it was white.
Recycling - there was a small issue with recycling customers, after recycling the user would be directed back to the call select screen instead of moving to the next customer, this has been addresses and is now working correctly.
Letters - when editing letters there was an issue where the year, make and model merge fields would not hold an edit. We have resolved this and all edits made will be visible on the letters.
If vehicle is already on a file it and a user is attempting to add it to another customer file we will ask the user via pop up if they want to transfer the vehicle and if they click Yes it will transfer the vehicle. (DealerBuilt DMS only)
