5. Technician Assignment

The tab gives the option of assigning any active Technician to a team:

• 1. To enter a team, key the team's name in the text box

  2. Click Add Team

  3. The team is added to the Team list box

  4. Click on a Team in the Team list box

  5. Click Add Technician

  6. Displayed under Technician Name is Click here to assign to a team. Click on this statement, and it will display a drop down.

  7. Click on the drop down of available and select a Technician.

  8. To remove a Technician from a team, select any assigned Technician, and click Unassign.

  9. Advisors can also be assigned to teams from the Specification tab in the Technician's screen.
