Tools - Basic Options

This option will allow you to change the name of your already saved query.  It will override and replace your orignal query, saving it with the new name.

This also allows you to change or add a description as well as share/not share the query.

This option allows you to quickly change the status of your query from Not Shared to Shared.  Simply click the heart to make this change.  All shared queries are visible to all users in the "Manage" tab.

When renaming a query you will also have the option of sharing or not sharing a query.

This option allows you to bring back all records which have been deleted from your query.  Simply click the box and all deleted records will re-appear in your list, and click again to remove them. 

This screen allows you to control which fields you'd like to view in your query results.  Choose any Available Fields and click the arrow to bring them over to the Selected Fields box.  Use the up and down arrows on this side to control the layout from left to right.

*Remember you can also re-order your columns while in Edit mode by dragging and dropping any column to another column.

*Click Restore Defaults at any time to go back to the original fields.
