Our showroom product gives the salesperson the ability to send specific call requests to the BDC. Those calls are sent to the Call Select Screen as BDC Call Requests. This is a very helpful feature for salespeople that need to use the BDC for very specific needs. For example, the salesperson may have been trying to reach a prospect for days and is not getting his call returned. Even though the BDC can call prospects based on unsold schedules, the salesperson might have very specific instructions on why he needs the support of the BDC to contact the prospect. BDC Call Requests cannot be turned off, and they follow the Recycle Day’s logic.
