5. VIN Call Statistics

OBJECTIVE:

This report was created to give you an overview of your database broken out by VINS.  We will display the total number of VINS in the database, total number of VINS turned off for Maintenance, the number of VINS within the marketing period and vehicles beyond and prior to the marketing time frame.  I.e. 3-18 months.  This report also gives you good insight on how well your customer database is being contacted since it groups VINS based on the last time they were recycled, 0-3 Mths, 4-6 Mths, 7-12 Mths, 12+ Mths, and Not Contacted.
