There was an issue where the opcodes would appear in red and at times the Book Appt button would be greyed out even if there was shop availability. This issue was being caused by the prevent overflow booking option and has been resolved.
The Recycle Setup screen was at times taking up to 20 seconds to load since it was retrieving in real time the data necessary for the "Last Time Used" column. We have decided to pull this data during the nightly download instead of in real time to improve performance, allowing this screen to open instantly. Recycle Setup will always show the last date used as recently as yesterday, but never for the current day.
When searching by description in the "Add Line" screen, DealerMine was not always following the selection "Search by Most Used" and was intermittently bringing up results in the wrong order. This has been fixed.
We had an intermittent issue where when a user was booking an appointment they were defaulting to the Unassigned Column on the Appt Sched, This has been fixed.
We had a small issue where the Confirm Appointments on the Call Select had an inaccurate target count. This has been fixed.
We had an intermittent issue where a customer was sending in a text and the language was in Chinese and it was coming into the Dealership as question marks. This has been resolved and is working properly.
When a user logs in and their language is set to French, when clicking on the Knowledge Base link in the Version drop down or through the Support Case Creation popup they will be redirect to a French link for the Knowledge Base.
There was an intermittent issue where inactive files were not displaying the inactive watermark on the Profile. This issue has been resolved and files will display correctly if inactive.Â
