Any query built under the Sources: Customer Vehicles or Customers on Call Select can now be sent to batch after being saved to be used on any batch automated schedule. Emails and letters can be setup to continuously run on a schedule for all qualifying customers based on query criteria.Â
Choose one of the two sources: 1. Customer Vehicles or 2. Customers on Call Select
Build your query and when finished Save.
The Tools option will display one Contact Option called "Send to Batch".Â
Any queries saved and sent to batch will be available for setup in Batch Contacts.
Active/Inactive Fetch Batch Queries
Any Fetch Batch query will appear in Saved Queries with a flag, either grey or red. Red is indicating this Fetch Batch query is currently active and running on a schedule. Grey indicates it's available for use in batch but not currently active.Â

Â
IsBirthDay = Yes
 Using your opcode groups setup in Fetch you can now target the current month for last year. This will look for any VIN that had any of the opcodes completed during the full month last year that are linked in the Opcode group. DealerMine also has logic built in to remove any VIN that has had that opcode group completed since then, meaning if they came back in already for this we would exclude them from our results.
This query can be setup to run automatically and each new month it will flip looking for last year's qualifying VINS.Â

This query can be setup to run automatically and each new month it will flip looking for last year's qualifying VINS.Â
 IsBirthDay = Yes will only pull up customers daily that have a birthday equal to the current date. This can be setup as a Batch using Fetch Automation and set the number of days between to 364 to ensure another birthday email doesn't go out again until their next birthday.Â
