The latest version of DealerMine 1.0.6 includes the following enhancements and resolutions:

The Appointment Schedule will now default to the store of the Customer Profile you are viewing.Â
Followups will now accept a maximum length of 500 characters, while displaying the character count at the bottom of the form.Â
We have added the "Grid View" to the Appointment Schedule, which will display all intervals in which appointments can be booked for. Green indicates no appointments are booked at that time, yellow indicates there is still room for more appointments and red indicates that time is full.Â
There was an itermittent issue when editing appointments causing the store and branch to not populate in the drop down menus. This has been resolved.
An error was happening when attempting to book appts with null comments. This issue has been resolved.
When attempting to add Recommended Services to any appointment a pop up was occurring reading "No Results Found". This issue has been resolved.
An error was intermittently happening reading "User is not setup to book for this store/branch" when the user did have access to book. This issue has been resolved.
There was an issue when editing appointments directly from the Appointment Schedule, where the date & time was not appearing properly. This issue has been resolved.
When on the book appointment screen, then clicking "View Schedule" the appointment schedule wasn't always defaulting to the appropriate store/branch that the appointment was being booked for based on the selection made in the Book Appointment screen. This issue has been resolved.
There was an error happening when attempting to book an appointment on eService. This issue has been resolved.
There was a black blinking box appearing on the screen intermittently when closing the email screen. This issue has been resolved.
At times scheduled "Followups" would not actually delete after being deleted. This issue has been resolved.
Letters won't appear when attempting to print from DealerMine, system hangs when in processing and nothing is happening. Please follow these steps if your letters aren't opening in a PDF document:
Open any PDF file on your PC and right-click anywhere on the document, and select Page Display Preferences.
From the list at left, select Internet.
Check off Display PDF in Web Browser. Click OK.
Logout of DealerMine and close your browser completely, including all webpages.
Log back into DealerMine and go to Print Letters. The letters should now open in PDF.Â
