Profile Screen
Recommended Services/Indicator Tabs - To improve workflow, the Recommended Services/Indicators  are now visible and collapsible at all times on the profile screen's mid-screen tabs.
Service History tab: We've added a new column displaying the Open Date of each RO to the left of the Close Date. Â
Merge Icon - Merge icon on the customer profile screen was a + symbol and has been replaced withÂ
Search Screen
Customer information columns can now be sorted by clicking any header row.
We added a scroll bar to the merge screen that appears when merging from the Search screen.Â
eService
Address Required: for ADP stores where an address is required to create a customer file, the Dealership must check the option Address Required from the eService Configuration screen. Once this option is selected, a customer will see the fields for entering their address on the eService registration form, and upon completion of the form, a customer file will be created.Â
Include Exclusions - some dealerships like to have all schedules as well as exclusions displaying for a given make and model. To activate this function, click the Administration button, select eService Configuration and go to the Option tab. Check Include Exclusions, and everything will now display for Recommended Services.
When emails are sent from DealerMine to a customer and the email is bounced, the information is captured for referencing.Â
The user can extract information from any bounced email. From the Email tab, select bounced email from the inbox, and right click. Select View Customer Profile, this action forwards the user to the search screen with the email address and email list populated to find a match in the database. If a match is found or a new customer file is created, the email history is updated showing the email in the Inbox under Email History.Â
Email - Mark as Read/Unread: from the email tab, select the inbox and any email that is read/unread, and you can right click click on it and set it to read/unread.
All unread email will be bolded.
User Setup - User Info - Add Employee: if the Employee Name is not found from the drop down click Add Employee. A pop up is presented will appear requiring DMS Empl #  (The First and Last name fields will populate if match is found). If no match is found, the user enters the First and Last names, selects the Type of user and clicks SAVE. Return to the Employee list and the employee you added should now be available as a selection in the list.Â
Shop Hours - Waiter Times: We have added a new feature which will allow a dealership to customize their waiter slots for any day, and any intervals. The Appointment Schedule will reflect any waiter slots that have been activated for the appropriate day/intervals. Appointments booked with the Transportation code "Waiter" and appointments booked in the DMS with the comments "Waiter" will be visible in the Wait slots in the Appointment Schedule. Any waiter appointments booked on any day that has been activated for waiter times, will be visible in the corresponding wait slot or overflow if the interval is set to 0 slots.Â
Appointment Schedule - When marking any day as full, a comment will now be required. The comment will remain visible in the bottom right hand corner of any day that has been marked as full. To reverse, click Settings > Unmark Day as Full.Â
Resolutions
Email: There's now only one way to add an image to an email template by using the url or the image location on the web.Â
Email Templates - Send Test Emails: is now functioning properly. Note: that you require a valid email address setup in your DealerMine application.Â
